The project is under construction. The first residents are expected to begin moving in during the fall of 2024, and the retail and restaurants to open in 2025.

The tenant mix will be carefully curated to provide a combination of upscale national and local retailers, restaurants, cafes and specialty services. This destination will provide a variety of full-service and casual dining options to cover every part of the day, as well as boutique fitness tenants, service providers (i.e. nail salons, hair salons, financial services), and other retailers (i.e. health and beauty, athleisure, traditional fashion boutiques) that will round out the tenant mix.

The District development has been approved by NJDOT to complete roadway improvements that will allow vehicular circulation to both Route 10 east and west, as well as provide a tie-in to the Dryden Way jug handle. This road improvement will provide a direct connection to the Dryden Way ramps, thus allowing traffic entering and exiting the development to avoid the intersection at Route 202 (Littleton Rd) and Route 10, which is an overly burdened intersection with several difficult required traffic movements.
